This full-time on-site position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our patient-centered approach while delivering high-quality radiological services.
As a Radiologist at 77 Consultants you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating patients through advanced imaging techniques. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans enhancing patient care and outcomes in our community.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays MRIs and CT scans
- Interpret imaging results and communicate findings to referring physicians
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and imaging standards
- Participate in continuous education and professional development
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff and trainees
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Engage in research and contribute to departmental initiatives
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of an accredited residency in Radiology
- Board certification or eligibility in Radiology
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to patient care and continuous improvement
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
1:6 call rotation back-up to vRad
Setting: Onsite
Cases: General diagnostic with US NM mammo etc.
EMR: Epic
PACS: Merge
Dictation: Powerscribe
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
