Job Summary
MAIN FUNCTION: Assists in patient admission process including: Orienting patient to surroundings including t.v. and phone operation. Reports all changes in patient condition to clinician primary or charge nurse on duty. Patient care technician experience is preferred. This position will perform/assist in patient observation for those patients who exhibit at-risk behaviors. Ability to stay calm in emergency situations.
EXPERIENCE:Experience in hospital environment is preferred.
