ROLES THEY ARE HIRING (URGENT - 2 WEEK TIMELINE)
Account Executive (Founding US Team)
Base: $105-125K OTE: $210-250K 4-6 years experience
What youll do:
- Own full-cycle sales targeting companies with 500-5000 employees
- Split time: 40% outbound pipeline building 60% discovery/demos/closing
- Engage with senior leaders across HR Finance and Operations
- Work directly with founders on live deals and strategy
- Build repeatable sales patterns in a new market
- 4-6 years B2B SaaS sales experience
- Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong outbound prospecting skills
- Proactive pipeline builder who thrives in early-stage environments
Sales Development Representative
Base: $80-120K OTE: $160-240K 1-4 years experience
What youll do:
- Generate qualified pipeline for their AI platform
- Target mid-market companies in the HR tech space
- Work closely with AEs and leadership team
- Help establish their outbound motion and messaging
- 1-4 years sales experience (finance/consulting backgrounds ideal)
- Interest in HR tech sales (but not from direct competitors)
- Hungry coachable and ready to grow with the company
- Right-sized experience level (not overqualified/overpriced)
- Competitive base 50/50 variable split
- Equity packagewith 5-year exercise window
- Relocation stipends available
