Benefits and Features:

$70/hour approximately $145000 annually
20 Days PTO

The Role:

Providers conduct video visits from a clean well-supported clinic environment in Brooklyn. On-site Medical Assistants and med techs at the assisted living facilities assist with vitals and exam preparation allowing you to focus on clinical decision-making without the noise and unpredictability of traditional facility rounding.

Full-time MondayFriday No nights no weekends
Work out of the Brooklyn clinic conducting video visits with patients in assisted living facilities
Medical Assistants on-site perform vitals and assist with coordination
Goal is proactive management of geriatric patients to prevent hospitalizations
This is an ideal role for a provider who enjoys geriatric medicine and wants high-impact patient care in a structured efficient setting

Background Desired:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York
Active DEA License
Must already be credentialed with Medicare and NY State Medicaid
