Essential Functions

Aware of the AAA Criteria and Standards of Service
Take instructions and suggestions from the management team and work in an organized and disciplined manner.
Maintain a clean work environment and guest environment
Ensures the guest room is set up appropriately for the guest and adjusted whenever necessary. This includes making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting vacuuming and mopping
Efficient knowledgeable sincere dependable detail-oriented and enthusiastic. A positive attitude and keen eye is a desirable attribute
Able to sort wash dry fold and put away laundry/linens
Scrub sinks basins bathtubs showers and toilets in private and public bathrooms
Change linens and gather used linens such as sheets or towels for laundering
Clean windows glass surfaces mirrors and counters as needed
Keep all public spaces neat
Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered
Comfortable working by themselves or with a team
In addition to the performance of the essential functions this position may be required to perform a combination of other supportive functions throughout the property

Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or knowledge skills
Physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time
Ability to lift to 50 to 75 pounds (occasionally)
Physically able to reach stretch bend and walk during the daily routine with the ability to stand for long lengths of time
Previous experience cleaning preferred; training will be provided
Ability to assist customers and guests when needed
Pays attention to detail when cleaning
Organized and able to follow a schedule
Ability to follow verbal directions

Must be able to work a varied schedule including AM Mid PM shifts weekdays weekends holidays

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
