Role Overview
We are looking for the best talent for the position of Sales Representative Traumatology (Temporary Replacement Contract) in the Aragón region.
The Sales Representative is responsible for managing commercial activities within the assigned territory building strong and trusted relationships with hospitals clinics and healthcare professionals with the objective of increasing market share and ensuring an excellent level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the customer portfolio (public hospitals private clinics distributors).
Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector and develop action plans accordingly.
Present promote and sell the companys medical device product portfolio.
Deliver technical product demonstrations and clinical training to healthcare professionals.
Achieve sales targets and performance objectives defined by the company.
Negotiate commercial agreements and manage public and private tenders.
Collaborate with the marketing team in the organization of events congresses and workshops.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system and prepare commercial activity reports.
Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations quality standards and industry codes of conduct.
Requirements
University degree in Health Sciences Biomedicine Pharmacy Biomedical Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in sales within medical devices healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
Solid knowledge of the hospital market purchasing processes and tender management.
Results-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term trusted relationships.
Availability to travel within the assigned territory.
Good level of English is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
Johnson & Johnson has announced plans to separate its Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company which will operate as DePuy Synthes.
