Main Purpose of Job:
Our Client a luxury wellness and addiction treatment centre located in Mpumalanga South Africa is looking for Registered Nurse with Psych/Mental Health/ Addictions experience
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Registered Professional Nurse (with valid SANC registration)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years psychiatric or mental health experience in a hospital or rehabilitation environment
- Languages: Fluent in Afrikaans and English (both spoken and written)
- Transport: Must have own reliable transport to and from work
- Availability: Able to work shifts weekends and public holidays as per roster

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to patients within a structured multidisciplinary mental health and addiction recovery setting.
- Conduct patient assessments monitor symptoms and administer prescribed medications according to psychiatrist and doctor instructions.
- Manage and document withdrawal monitoring mental health observations and behavioural notes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed nursing documentation including medication records vital signs and incident logs.
- Participate in team meetings case discussions and clinical reviews.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior nursing staff where required.
- Ensure compliance with SANC standards ethical guidelines and facility protocols.
- Uphold infection control patient confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
