Role Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Symphony you are the engine of our growth. You will be responsible for identifying reaching out to and qualifying high-potential leads within the financial services and enterprise sectors. You arent just selling a chat tool; you are selling a secure ecosystem that enables global markets to collaborate without compromise.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through cold calling email campaigns and social selling (LinkedIn).
Lead Qualification: Vet inbound inquiries and outbound prospects to ensure a fit with Symphonys value proposition.
Account Management: You will be responsible for the day to day account management of our regional accounts with the focus being on retention of revenue and growth of additional products and services.
Product Expertise: Conduct high-impact virtual demonstrations of the Symphony platform focusing on security compliance and workflow automation.
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and develop strategies for breaking into whale accounts.
CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce to track lead progress and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Qualifications:
Drive: We are looking for somebody with drive and a can do work ethic - Financial Services experience is a nice to have but not essential.
The Communicator: You have a phone-first mentality and can articulate complex technical concepts (like end-to-end encryption) in a way that resonates with business leaders.
The Hunter: You possess a relentless drive to hit targets and arent discouraged by a no.
The Strategist: You dont just blast emails; you research your prospects and tailor your approach to their specific pain points.
Experience: 1 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (experience in FinTech or RegTech is a major plus).
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms like Linkedin.
Understanding of the financial services landscape (Capital Markets Buy-side/Sell-side) is preferred.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
