The What
As a Spinforming Technician you play a key role in developing and scaling thespinforming production processes for large stainless steel domes.
You combinedeep technical expertise with a hands-on approach working directly on the machines while continuously improving the manufacturing process.

You ensure that spinforming processes deliver precision reliability and repeatability at production scale.
- Develop the production process for spinforming large stainless steel domes
- Optimize existing spinforming processes across all production lanes
- Increase machine output by simplifying and improving production workflows

You collaborate closely withmanufacturing engineers technicians and operators to improve production processes.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to solve technical challenges
- Share knowledge and support others in improving spinforming operations

- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose practical improvements
- Use production data and machine feedback to continuously refine processes

- Ensure machines are operated safely precisely and consistently
- Take responsibility for process stability and product quality
- Contribute to scaling spinforming into a robust production process
YOUR PROFILE
You likely bring:
- 3 years of experience in spinforming
- Experience working with Leifeld spinforming machines
- Experience developing spinforming programs
- Strong hands-on experience operating spinforming equipment
- A precision and quality driven mindset
- Knowledge of heat treatment processes for stainless steel or aluminium
- CNC experience
- German (native level)
- English (B1 or higher)
- Full on-site presence in Garching
- You enjoy working directly with machines and production processes
- You take pride in precision manufacturing
- You want to push your technical craft further
- You enjoy solving real manufacturing challenges
