Job Summary

Essential Functions:

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer and commercial leadership team.
  • Drive clarity and alignment on commercial priorities ensuring initiatives are structured sequenced and executed effectively.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of executive dashboards KPI scorecards and performance visibility tools that enhance accountability and decision-making.
  • Develop executive-ready communications board-level materials presentations and business cases.
  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps with defined milestones ownership risk mitigation plans and measurable success criteria.

Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead enterprise-level commercial initiatives from ideation through execution ensuring delivery on scope timeline and performance objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Finance Marketing IT and Operations to remove barriers and accelerate execution.
  • Identify and operationalize revenue growth levers pipeline optimization strategies territory alignment enhancements and sales productivity improvements.
  • Drive scalable process improvements with disciplined attention to efficiency governance and compliance.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and deliver regular executive updates on progress risks and impact.

Commercial Performance & Optimization

  • Leverage advanced analytics and performance data to identify gaps opportunities and trends across the commercial organization.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy pipeline health and revenue predictability through structured reporting and governance frameworks.
  • Support territory design segmentation strategy and Salesforce optimization initiatives.
  • Enhance visibility into commercial performance to drive proactive decision-making and strategic resource allocation.

Leadership & Organizational Impact

  • Act as a connector across functions fostering collaboration and alignment without direct authority.
  • Model operational excellence structured thinking and disciplined follow-through.
  • Elevate standards of accountability and execution across the commercial organization.
  • Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to team members when appropriate.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution orientation.
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Exceptional analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and prioritization discipline in fast-paced environments.

  • Solutions-oriented mindset with structured fact-based problem-solving.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
  • Comfortable operating in high-visibility high-accountability environments.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in commercial operations sales strategy sales enablement strategic planning account management or related commercial functions.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Experience building executive reporting frameworks dashboards and performance management systems.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in a strategic capacity preferred.
  • Background in financial services preferred.
