We are on the lookout for a Full-Time Optometrist to join an established practice in Fishers Indiana (less than 30 minutes to downtown Indianapolis)!

About the position:

4-5 days full-time with benefits
Primary Care with Medical billing
Set your own patient schedule choose between 15 20 or 30 minute exam slots

This position includes:

New Grad Incentive Available!
Up to $10000 Relocation Allowance Available
1099 or Hybrid-model with Consulting stipend available.
Average 5-day work week OD compensation package with consulting stipend $150000 Salary
