Senior Consultant in Transport, Manufacturing & Retail

As a consultant you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments including intelligent data structuring data analysis benchmarks people interviews workshop animation process mapping functional specifications etc. As fast as possible you will take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops publications seminars) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Qualifications :

• You have completed your Masters Degree.
• You have at least 4 years of experience as a consultant in transport.
• English & Dutch speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interest in the transport manufacturing or retail sector and willing to assist in developing the Transport Manufacturing and Retail business unit.
• You are able to process information identify problems and trends and solve complex problems.
• You like to work in a team but you are capable to excel on your own as well and are not afraid to share your thoughts.
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas and youre excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
