Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Join Letly as our first dedicated QA hire to build a world-class testing function from the ground up. You will own quality for a high-stakes platform that moves real money and guarantees rental income. Working directly with the CTO youll define the automation infrastructure and testing culture for an AI-driven product scaling rapidly.

What you will do:

Own the end-to-end QA process including test planning execution and release sign-off for frontend flows API integrations and AI-generated outputs.
Build and maintain scalable automated test suites using TypeScript JavaScript or Python to ensure robust coverage across the full stack.
Partner with engineering and product to review user stories and acceptance criteria defining the done state from a quality and reliability perspective.

The ideal candidate:

24 years of experience in a QA or SDET role preferably within a fast-moving startup or fintech environment where precision is critical.
Technically proficient across the stack with the ability to meaningfully test APIs (NestJS) frontend applications (Angular) and backend services (Python/GKE).
Proactive builder who has experience creating automated test suites from scratch and possesses strong opinions on quality standards and process efficiency.
