Job Summary
At Fairmont St Andrews we believe the perfect day begins with a perfect breakfast. Set against the stunning coastal backdrop of our five-star resort The Squire Restaurant offers guests a warm welcome and exceptional start to their morning.
We are looking for friendly and energetic Breakfast Servers to join our Food & Beverage team in The Squire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys early mornings thrives in a guest-facing role and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
A little more about what you will be doing:
Providing a warm and professional welcome to guests each morning
Taking breakfast orders and ensuring food and beverages are delivered efficiently
Setting up and preparing the restaurant for breakfast service
Ensuring tables and service areas are clean organised and beautifully presented
Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver a seamless guest experience
Handling guest requests and queries with confidence and professionalism
Assisting with clearing resetting tables and maintaining a smooth service flow
Qualifications :
Previous Food & Beverage experience is preferred but not essential
A friendly positive attitude and passion for hospitality
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work early mornings weekends and holidays
