Roles & Responsibilities :
To introduce an SAP HCM system for the core processes of payroll accounting and positive and negative time management for approximately 54000 active employees of ZF Friedrichshafen AG for the German region.

Experience :

Mandatory/requires Skills :
Minimum of seven years of international Time Management (or german time management ideally) and development experience

Preferred Skills :

German Nice to have

Additional Information :

Independent Customizing in SAP PT including work schedule rules and general time management customizing
development of schemesrules in SAP PT and creation of user stories as an outcome from Business Blueprints
Good communication & teamplay. Has to be partner oriented with potential leading a complex customer
