What Youll Do

• Leading and supporting a team of field clinicians

• Coordinating and overseeing patient care plans

• Coaching and developing nurses and clinical staff

• Ensuring quality care and compliance with clinical standards

• Partnering with leadership to support continued growth in the community

What Youll Bring

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Home health and clinical experience

• Experience with home health clinical documentation including OASIS and electronic medical record systems (Homecare Homebase etc.)

• Interest in developing leadership and management skills

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Reliable transportation and local travel

• Ability to frequently lift push pull and support up to 50 pounds including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
