Position Summary
This position assists staff with technical support of desktop computers applications and related technology. Support includes specification installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines. Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique non-recurring problems. The position utilizes one-on-one consultancy to end users and Tribal Network staff. The positions responsibilities require independent analyses communication and problem solving. Work is performed with little supervision and requires initiative and judgment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair computer system hardware.
Work with Systems/Network administrator on supporting infrastructure.
Training staff on desktop applications and operating systems.
Documenting workload and environment based on requirements.
Ability to manage workload and multitask under pressure to meet deadlines.
Occasional overtime and/or off hour work when required.

Ability to adapt to fluctuating levels of customer service requests.

The worker is frequently subject to inside environmental conditions which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes and is subject to outside environmental conditions and to wet and/or humid conditions. Position Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
A Certified with at least 3 years experience as a computer technician
Effective oral and written communication skills excellent interpersonal skills
AA degree or combination of education and experience.
Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment urinary analysis
Must be licensed and able to drive to locations in North Snohomish County
Must be a licensed and insurable driver.
