Taraki is also an AI-powered ATS for companies and hiring managers with a one stop solution to hiring relevant candidates at faster rates and a fraction of the cost of conventional hiring methods.
Instead of randomly applying to hundreds of jobs Taraki helps candidates understand shortlisting improve their profiles and apply to roles that actually fit their skills.
The Role
Were launching the Taraki Campus Ambassador Program to build a strong presence across Pakistans top universities.
As a Campus Ambassador youll be the official Taraki representative on your campus helping students understand the hiring process discover opportunities and share real feedback with our team.
Think of this role less like promotion and more like helping your peers navigate the job search better. Only one ambassador will be selected from each university.
What Youll Do
Help Students Discover Taraki
Introduce Taraki to students through societies career groups and peer networks. Your goal is to help students learn about better ways to approach job applications.
Create Content
Create short-form content with students based on the ideas we provide you.
Host Career-Focused Sessions
Help organize sessions like:
- ATS-friendly CV review workshops
- Mock interview sessions with the Taraki team
- Informal discussions about how hiring and shortlisting actually work
Collaborate With Campus Communities
Work with student societies career groups and department communities to run career-focused initiatives.
Collaborate With Campus Incubation Centers and Job Portals
Work with campus placement offices/job portals and incubation center startups and get them to use Taraki to post jobs.
Share Real Student Feedback
One of your most important roles is helping us understand:
- What students struggle with during job searches
- What features would make Taraki more useful
- How hiring platforms can improve for students
Your insights will directly shape how the product evolves.
Who Should Apply

- Are active in student communities or societies
- Enjoy helping peers with career-related advice
- Have strong communication and leadership skills
- Are curious about startups hiring or career development
Time Commitment
Approximately 35 hours per week designed to fit alongside your academic schedule.
