Job Summary

Qualifications:

Request for Part-Time Construction Manager/Project Manager

A part-time construction manager is needed to assist on multiple projects including but not limited to:

1. Ravenswood temporary waterproofing project - Construction of the upper parking deck waterproofing and expansion joint installation

2. Ravenswood permanent waterproofing projectConstruction of the waterproofing expansion joint installation sealing of the exterior wall painting etc.

3. Copans building 5 and building 6 roof and structure replacement Plan design permitting construction and closing

4. All other projects under Asset Management sections.

The project manager will need to have at least 5 years of experience in roofing and waterproofing with some landscaping and civil works. The project manager will also have to:

1. Write Scope of Work

2. Review and comment on design plans technical specifications cost estimate and others

3. Coordinate schedule and permitting

4. Manage all construction activities including but not limited to site meetings coordinating with CEI review payment track daily inspection report and activities review site work as needed

5. Close construction per contract requirement
