Job Summary
We are looking for a visionary Technical Director to lead technical strategy strengthen engineering capability and guide highlevel project execution. This is a senior leadership role suited to a seasoned expert in civil engineering.
Job Description:
- Lead technical excellence across the civil engineering discipline.
- Provide strategic direction for design standards and innovation.
- Mentor senior engineers and oversee professional development.
- Engage in business development proposals and client partnerships.
- Oversee complex technical reviews and risk assessments.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in engineering with at least minimum 3 years in management
- Strong leadership communication and organisation skills
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Qualification:
- BEng/MEng Civil Engineering
- ECSA Pr Eng required
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
