Scheduled Weekly Hours:
36Registered Nurse (RN) Adult Hematology & Oncology Clinic
Location:Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders 1st Floor East Building La Crosse WI
Schedule:8hour day shifts between 7:30 AM 5:00 PM with staggered start/end times Rotating day off No weekends holidays or call
FTE:0.9 (72 hours per two weeks)

What Youll Do
Manage and support the journey of our patients as they go through chemotherapy radiation therapy and other treatments
Conduct phone triage coordinate care and provide patient/family education
Collaborate with colleagues from Radiation Oncology Infusion Services Lab Pathology Surgical Departments and Palliative Care to give comprehensive care to our patients both in La Crosse and our outreach service lines including Tomah Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders
What You Need
Must Have:
Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
Active RN license in Wisconsin (upon hire)
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
Preferred:
At least 1 year of RN experience
Strong communication and carecoordination skills
Comfort in supporting patients navigating complex treatments
