Construction Superintendent

Travel Required
Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades
Full-Time

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity with a growing Construction Manager/General Contractor. This role is responsible for managing daily on-site construction activities and ensuring commercial projects are completed safely on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

Manage daily on-site construction operations
Supervise subcontractors and field personnel
Ensure work is completed according to project plans schedule and budget
Coordinate with project managers architects engineers and owner representatives
Enforce safety standards and site compliance
Lead job site meetings and maintain project documentation
Oversee quality control and project close-out

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial construction field management experience
OSHA 30 certification required
Strong knowledge of construction methods and scheduling
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Experience coordinating subcontractors and project teams
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
