We specialize in residential home improvements new construction roofing siding framing foundations garages barns and additionsdelivering quality workmanship with a You dream it we build it mindset. What Youll Do as a Residential Construction Worker/Driver:

• Drive our company truck trailer and crew safely to residential job sites (typically within one hour of the shop).
• Assist with residential construction remodeling and home improvement projects.
• Work on foundations framing roofing siding windows and door installations.
• Operate & maintain construction tools and equipment.
• Follow jobsite safety standards and company procedures.
• Keep job sites organized and support the team in completing projects on schedule.
• Work a full-time position with overtime. Typically 50-55 hours per week with a 5:50 AM start time

Our Ideal Residential Construction Worker/Driver:

• Experienced: Residential construction experience preferred but not required. Willing to train someone who is teachable and eager to learn the construction industry
• Licensed: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid drivers license and a 5-year clean driving record (DOT eligible).
• Reliable: Shows up on time follows through and takes responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Quality-focused: Takes pride in high-quality workmanship and pays attention to detail.
• Professional: Clean-cut respectful of customers homes and property and represents the company well on job sites.
• Safety-minded: Maintain a safety-first mindset while on the job site and transporting our crew
• Active: Able to lift up to 70 lbs. perform physical labor and work on ladders as needed. Comfortable working from heights is a plus.
• Must-Have: Basic hand tools tool belt chalk line hammer measuring tape square etc.

What We Offer Our Residential Construction Worker/Driver:

$20-$28 per hour based on experience

Paid from shop departure to return
