The Caretaker plays a vital role in ensuring the schools facilities are safe clean and fully operational. Responsibilities include:
Conducting routine maintenance repairs and inspections across the school site.
Managing security systems including alarms access control and monitoring CCTV.
Supervising and supporting cleaning and facilities staff as required.
Coordinating with contractors suppliers and service providers to maintain site operations efficiently.
Assisting with the setup and support of school events meetings and activities.
Maintaining accurate records logs and reports relating to site management and maintenance.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in caretaking site management or facilities maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Strong organisational and practical skills.
