We are seeking a commercially driven Vice President of Product Growth to accelerate market penetration and revenue expansion across a portfolio of industryleading EHSQ Quality and GRC SaaS solutions. This role owns product gotomarket strategy and growth initiatives across ANZ with a clear mandate to drive measurable business outcomes through productled expansion.

As VP of Product Growth you will operate at the intersection of product strategy and commercial execution. Working as a peer to Product Management leadership you will define how products are positioned packaged launched and scaled in the market. You will translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive adoption expansion and longterm customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute productled growth strategies to increase market penetration and account expansion
  • Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across new use cases verticals and adjacent markets
  • Design portfolio expansion strategies including bundling and crosssell motions
  • Own growth metrics including adoption expansion revenue bundle attach rates and portfolio penetration
  • Own endtoend gotomarket strategy across ANZ
  • Lead product launches including positioning messaging and enablement
  • Build scalable GTM playbooks aligned to customer needs and buying behaviours
  • Define clear product positioning and competitive differentiation
  • Design pricing packaging and bundling strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success with product messaging sales plays and value frameworks

Skills and Experience

  • Senior B2B SaaS experience in product growth product marketing or product management
  • Proven success scaling multiproduct or platformbased software businesses
  • Strong understanding of SaaS economics pricing and portfolio strategy
  • Experience in regulated or compliancedriven markets preferred
  • Ability to lead through influence in complex crossfunctional environments
