As a Scrum Master at Deloitte you will play a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional teams fostering an Agile mindset and ensuring delivery excellence across complex cloud and data-driven programs.

Location: Pune Chennai & Bangalore

Experience range : 8yrs

What Were Looking For:

Mandatory expertise required across relevant experience - Banking domain experience JQL Data & Cloud is must

Strong Scrum Fundamentals & Ceremony Governance

Able to facilitate structured value-driven ceremonies and promote continuous improvement across teams.

Hands-on JIRA Expertise

Experience with dashboarding reporting and basic JQL to provide transparency and support data-backed decision-making.

Project Management Ownership Across the Delivery Lifecycle

Ability to drive execution across cloud and data-led engagements ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Domain & Scaled Agile Exposure

Understanding of BFSI domain and experience working in SAFe or similar scaled Agile environments.

12 Years of Cloud & Data Project Experience

Practical exposure to data platform analytics or cloud modernization programs.
