Cresco is hiring a Resident Manager for The Abraham
The Resident Manager will oversee the daily operations at The Abraham a modern 112-unit mixed use commercial and residential building in the heart of Halifax NS. With approximately 10000 sq feet of commercial space this position is ideally suited for an individual or a team able to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
We are searching for a candidate that can deliver exceptional residential and commercial tenant experiences provide excellent property maintenance and upkeep while looking after administration. The candidate is expected to work on-call (incl. evenings & weekends.)

What youll need
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience preferably in property management or maintenance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Word Excel Power point.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical and general repairs.
- Experience using work order property management software is an asset.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of Yardi Breeze Premiere software is an asset.
