Deliverables:
Seeking an experiencedQA/Test Analystto support the modernization of a legacy Case Management System. The tester will validate Core functionality and ensure functional equivalency to an existing Classic ASP/VBScript application that haslimited documentation.- Develop test plans test cases and test scripts Core application components
- Validate migrated features against behaviour observed in the existingClassic ASP/VBScriptapplication
- Analyze legacy screens workflows and code logic to determine expected outcomes
- Execute functional regression integration and UAT testing
- Document defects clearly and work closely with developers to resolve issues
- Support DevOps-driven testing and release cycles
- Provide weekly reporting on status progress and key issues/concerns
Skills and Knowledge:
- 5 yearsof experience in software QA/testing
- Strong experience testing web applications ( Core)
- Ability to interpret and understandClassic ASP/VBScript logicto determine expected system behaviour
- Experience testing undocumented or partially documented legacy systems
- Experience with test management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps JIRA HP ALM)
- Understanding of front-end technologies
- Experience working with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows
- Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills
- Expertise in writing and executing test cases scenarios and scripts for web applications covering functional regression integration and UAT testing
