Travel PTA - Rehab (Days)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced PTA - Rehab for a 13-week travel assignment in Lawton OK.

Assignment:

• Days 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 10
  
• Start Date: 3/30/2026
  
• Contract: 13 weeks
  
• Location: Lawton OK
  
• Weekend Requirements: Some Weekends/Holidays
  
• Multipliers - No increased rate for OT Holiday and Call-Back
  

The Physical Therapy Assistants primary function is to perform selected physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the direction and supervision of a registered Physical Therapist. The Assistant will treat patients with modalities and exercise in accordance with the patients medical needs and with an approved treatment plan and will understand their limitations as an assistant. The assistant will assist in maintaining the department in a neat and orderly manner. The assistant will complete all documentation

of daily notes and discharge data. Patients cared for may include infants pediatrics adolescents adults and geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
  
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge needs
  
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards
  
• Respond to emergencies and perform interventions as needed
  
• Maintain a clean safe and therapeutic care environment
  
• Support and guide unlicensed assistive personnel when required
  

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
  
• Pay package details provided upon offer
  

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Recent traveler experience is preferred
  
• 2 years of acute and MS PTA experience is required
  
• BLS (AHA) is required
  
• Strong communication professionalism and reliability
  

Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
