Opportunities available across multiple Dallas-area apartment communities.

• Experience in apartment maintenance or a trade that requires basic knowledge of electricity plumbing carpentry painting and HVAC.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with team members residents vendors and other stakeholders. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• EPA (refrigerant transition and recovery certification).
• Own a basic set of hand tools.
• Experience with HVAC plumbing electrical appliance repair and general service requests
• Reliable and safety-focused

Make Ready candidates should have experience with unit turns painting drywall repair and general punch work.

Groundskeepers should have experience with property upkeep curb appeal and basic maintenance support.
