Description of the role
Envision Honda of Milpitas is looking for a Service Porter / Greeter to join our team. As a Service Porter you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by assisting technicians and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians and service advisors by moving vehicles in and out of the service bays
- Keep the service department clean and organized
- Greet customers and direct them to the service advisors
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the service department
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
