Digital Analyst

What Youll Do:

Reporting to the Manager Digital Solutions youll be responsible for serving as a liaison between business units and the Digital department by eliciting and communicating Digital business process requirements to ensure appropriate and effective Digital business solutions. The Digital Analyst reporting to the Digital Solutions Manager and working with the Digital team will drive OGCs Digital program across all business functions as defined by the digital framework/strategy.  Working with the Digital team they will help deliver Digital solutions and execute on the Digital roadmap. 

The core parts of your role will be to: 

• Collaborates with stakeholders to elicit requirements and effectively plan for manage and communicate requirements. 

• Analyzes complex business problems and works to assess how Digital solutions can be designed and implemented. 

• Develops and documents Digital project requirements including workflow user interface and quality assurance. 

• Works with the Digital Team to coordinate the delivery or Digital solutions utilizing project management best practices. 

• Design develop and implement website content & code and organize information architecture in an effective and efficient manner. 

• Lead and coordinate interdepartmental teams to create and optimize digital solutions that focusing on improving member experience and operational efficiencies. 

• Determines Digital solution feasibility by performing necessary investigation analysis and evaluation. 

• Helps develop Digital solution cost and benefit estimates to establish project ROI. This includes developing alternative considerations and recommendations for new solutions or changes to existing ones. 

• Provides consulting services to departments and users to enhance the use of existing Digital systems and processes. 

• Ensures that reporting systems provide appropriate business intelligence by analyzing reporting requirements and providing recommendations.  

• Ensure OGC websites intranet and digital channels performance are as efficient and effective as possible through web analytics measurement analyzation and reporting. 

• Conducts research and provides advice to other team members regarding the selection application and implementation of digital business systems. 

• Performs other duties within competence as assigned. 
   

Qualifications :

This is the unique blend of skills and experience we would love to see in an ideal candidate:

• A university degree college diploma or certification in a related field with strong knowledge of best practices employed in Digital solutions. 

• Five years experience in process design and digital technology business solutions. 

• Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems (Salesforce CMS Kentico) Salesforce ecosystem and various clouds (Salesforce Experience Mobile Publisher Service Sales) 

• Strong grasp of HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.  

• High level of organizational ability with project management experience being an asset. 

• Demonstrated ability to use innovative and effective methods to analyze data and produce business solutions that meet process requirements.   

• Exceptional interpersonal written and oral communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. 

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  

• Experience working on multiple systems and projects in parallel.  

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications. 

• Knowledge of web and mobile UX design prototyping and testing tools 

• General knowledge of the insurance industry is considered an asset. 
  
  Working Conditions:

  May be required to work overtime.

Salary Range:

This position offers a competitive salary within a range of $$66360 to $91000 along with rewarding bonuses that recognize your dedication.
