Job Summary
GG Media is seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team in Fort Worth this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are understood and addressed while supporting the growth of our commercial partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working with clients identifying opportunities and contributing to the companys overall success.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with commercial clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and support business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations and project objectives are met.
Provide professional support and guidance to clients regarding services and solutions.
Monitor account performance and contribute to strategies that enhance client engagement.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and business activities.
