- Collaborate with Project & Account Managers and the Resource Manager to ensure efficient project delivery and high-performing teams
- Support project life cycle activities including kick-off closure and handover
- Drive people-focused initiatives: monitor team morale conduct face-to-face meetings coach team members on people-related topics contribute to performance reviews and support career roadmaps
- Coordinate recruitment processes including scheduling and conducting interviews
- Develop and maintain project documentation: status reports schedules meeting agendas and minutes
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
- Prepare presentations and document decisions and actions
- Participate in process improvement activities and contribute to the development of project management best practices
Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize processes
- Experience in people management activities including recruitment and team development
- Team-player attitude with a proactive and positive approach
- Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement
- Upper-Intermediate English
WILL BE A PLUS
- German language skills
- Some experience or knowledge as a Scrum Master
