Job Description:
The Office Coordinator at Au Natural Organics is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office for the organic care company. This role involves supporting administrative activities coordinating communication between departments maintaining office supplies and assisting with organizing company records related to organic products suppliers and customer orders. The Office Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining an efficient and organized work environment that aligns with the companys mission of delivering high-quality organic care products.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain organized filing systems for company documents and records.
- Answer phone calls respond to emails and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Schedule meetings appointments and internal team activities.
Operations Support:
- Assist with coordinating office tasks related to product orders inventory updates and supplier communications.
- Help track incoming shipments of organic ingredients or products.
- Support the operations team with documentation and reporting.
Office Supplies & Facilities:
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Ensure office equipment and workspaces are well maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required.
Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as a point of contact between departments such as sales marketing production and customer service.
- Assist in organizing company events training sessions or product launches.
- Support internal communication across teams.
Record Keeping & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate administrative records and reports.
- Ensure documents related to organic product certifications supplier information and compliance are properly organized.
- Protect confidential company information.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Office Management or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support office coordination or operations roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
