Job Summary
Sofitel Bahrain is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh hospitality graduates to start their career in luxury hotels through Accors INSPIRE Graduate Program.
We are looking for a motivated and guest-focused Graduate to join us as Management Trainee in Guest Experience Department for a 12-month development journey.
What you will learn:
Loyalty & guest experience enhancement
Problem resolution and service recovery techniques
Brand service culture and LQA standards
Leadership development and real project responsibility
Qualifications :
Recent graduate in Hospitality or Business school.
Passionate about guest service and luxury experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
