Job Summary
We are excited to be working with a highly regarded secondary school in Brent to recruit a high-calibre Geography ECT. This full-time permanent position starts in April 2026 and offers a fantastic opportunity to teach Geography across KS3 and KS4 in an Outstanding environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher who can inspire students to achieve their highest potential through an inspirational approach to delivering the Geography curriculum.

Responsibilities
Teach inspiring Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 as a passionate subject specialist.
Encourage students to enjoy their learning and explore the world around them.
Collaborate with a team of specialist teachers to maintain outstanding quality in teaching.
Use creative methods to ensure all students are enthused and reach their highest potential.
Participate in a dedicated induction and professional development programme for ECTs.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Geography or a related discipline.
PGCE or QTS (pending or achieved).
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: 40317 to 62496 (Inner London).
Full-time permanent position with a leadership team committed to wellbeing.
