Responsibilities
Support the HR function in maintaining an outstanding quality of teaching and learning through effective staffing.
Assist with payroll data entry and the coordination of staff induction programmes.
Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to the highest standards of safer recruitment.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a professional and inclusive environment.
Support a dedicated member of the SLT with staff wellbeing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
Strong administrative background with an interest in Human Resources.
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Previous experience in an educational setting is an advantage.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
