Site Manager Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience working as a Site Manager Caretaker or Facilities Manager within a school or similar setting
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance
Practical maintenance skills including basic plumbing electrical and general repairs
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage contractors effectively
