The Role
The successful candidate will teach Geography across KS3 & KS4 with strong KS5 provision available depending on experience. You will deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons that develop students understanding of physical and human geography environmental issues and global development.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering high-quality Geography lessons
Preparing students effectively for GCSE and A-Level examinations
Encouraging fieldwork enquiry-based learning and independent research
Contributing to curriculum development within the Humanities department
Supporting enrichment opportunities such as geography trips and competitions

The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge in Geography
Experience teaching to KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Passion for fieldwork and enquiry-based learning
A proactive and collaborative approach
