DevOps Engineer (Remote Global)

What this Journey Looks Like
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our clients growing engineering team. This is a fully remote position supporting a U.S.-based company working closely with cross-functional teams to design implement and maintain scalable secure and highly available cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with AWS Terraform CI/CD pipelines containerization and cloud-native technologies and thrives in distributed fast-paced environments.

What Youll Lead and Build

• Design implement and manage scalable infrastructure in AWS

• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build test and deployment processes

• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

• Improve system reliability availability and performance

• Implement monitoring logging and alerting solutions

• Enforce security best practices across cloud infrastructure

• Collaborate with engineering QA and product teams to streamline release processes

• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis

• Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps practices and tooling

What You Bring to the Table

• 4 years of experience in DevOps Cloud Engineering or related roles

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2 S3 RDS IAM VPC EKS Lambda CloudWatch etc.)

• Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions GitLab CI Jenkins CircleCI etc.)

• Solid knowledge of Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS)

• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible Chef or similar)

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog Prometheus Grafana ELK etc.)

• Strong understanding of networking security and cloud architecture principles

• Experience working in distributed/remote teams

• Upper-intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken)
