Job Description

Design and lead the development of scalable secure enterprise-grade AI systems across multiple domains.

What You Will Own

End-to-end LLM application architecture
Design of multi-agent systems tool-calling workflows and AI pipelines
Enterprise-grade RAG architecture (multi-tenant secure scalable)
Define AI engineering standards patterns and best practices
Guide team across RAG workflows backend and deployment
Drive performance cost optimization and reliability

Core Expertise Required

Strong experience in LLM systems design (NOT just API usage)
Deep knowledge of:
Tool calling structured outputs function routing
Prompt workflow engineering (production-level)
Advanced RAG systems:
Hybrid retrieval (vector keyword)
Re-ranking filtering access control
Multi-tenant knowledge isolation
Experience with:
vLLM / TGI / model serving (preferred)
Caching batching latency optimization
Strong understanding of:
Evaluation frameworks (quality regression)
LLMOps (monitoring drift iteration loops)
Security-first mindset:
Prompt injection defense
Data isolation PII handling
