Job Summary

Role: MDM DEVELOPER/ARCHITECT

Location: Atlanta GA

Role Descriptions: Provide direct management and administration of the Departments Intune MDM platform. Provide technical guidance and expertise training and technical advice in all applicable areas related to mobile device management including relevant managed Android devices patch compliance deployment of software updates and upgrades mobile device hardening configurations and mobile device encryption software. Manage MDM platform to control mobile devices across Android device lifecycle management including provisioning enrollment updates security enforcement Ensure seamless integration of MDM solutions with enterprise IT platformsDevelop and implement enterprise-wide MDM policies standards and best practices aligned with device complianceMonitor and maintain the health of the MDM interoperability installation and configuration of system network and cybersecurity software certificates VPN etc. with Android mobile technical support to end users for MDM related and deliver training materials and sessions for IT staff and end and maintain documentation for MDM configuration and optimal performance of MDM systems by conducting regular audits updates and patch and contribute to documentation and training materials for end users and support staff.
Essential Skills: platform and is expected to be proficient with industry standard systems such as Kaseya VSA or KACE Cloud. This includes configuring deploying and managing Android mobile devices and -on expertise with Google Android Management API (AMAPI) understanding of Google Android Enterprise experience developing or managing MDMEMM have prior experience in device provisioning compliance rules remote actions OS updates and secure device lifecycle in Android ecosystem components relevant to enterprise backend integration skills including REST APIs JSON-based policy configuration webhook event handling and integration with identity providersRoles ResponsibilitiesProvide direct management and administration of the Departments Intune MDM platform.
