Job Title: AI Content Developer
Job Summary
2COMS is looking for a creative and analytical AI Content Developer who can design develop and optimize high-quality content for AI-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with AI models product teams and stakeholders to create accurate engaging and scalable content across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
Create curate and optimize content for AI/ML applications (chatbots LLMs virtual assistants automation tools).
Write and refine prompts training data and responses for AI models.
Ensure content accuracy contextual relevance and ethical AI standards.
Collaborate with AI engineers product managers and QA teams to improve model performance.
Review AI-generated outputs and enhance tone clarity and usability.
Conduct research to support domain-specific content development.
Continuously improve content quality based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in English Journalism Computer Science AI or a related field.
Strong writing editing and proofreading skills.
Understanding of AI concepts LLMs prompt engineering and NLP basics.
Ability to structure data and content for AI training purposes.
Familiarity with content tools CMS platforms and basic analytics.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT Gemini Claude etc.
Knowledge of UX writing or conversational design.
Background in technical writing or instructional content.
Basic understanding of Python APIs or AI workflows.
