Nurse Manager

An outstanding rural community hospital outside Fort Morgan Colorado is seeking a Nurse Manager for a Long-term Care setting.

Offering: $73800 - $93600/annually Sign-On and Relocation Assistance up to 6 months of free housing

Nurse Manager Opportunity:

Full-Time Permanent Direct hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday Day Shift
Report to the Assisted Living Administrator and Director of Nursing

Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest standards and quality of patient care are maintained often by enforcing evidence-based practices and nursing standards
Serving as a crucial communication link between the bedside nursing staff and upper hospital administration/leadership
Addressing and resolving escalated issues complaints or concerns from patients and their families

Nurse Manager Qualifications:

Associates degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
5 years of Long-term care nursing experience
Must have or be eligible to obtain BLS upon hire
Previous experience in Supervision/Management is required
