Are you passionate about performing speaking and creating high-quality recordings in a professional studio environment Welo Data is launching an excitingStudio Recording Projectand is looking for talented individuals to join our team.

In this role you will record live in-person sessions delivering culturally relevant and engaging content. Youll bring scripts to life with confidence and authenticity while collaborating with a professional team to ensure exceptional results.

What you will do:

-Perform live recordings of scripted and improvised content in a professional studio setting.

-Deliver clear engaging and culturally relevant performances that meet project standards.

-Follow project guidelines to ensure high-quality accurate recordings.

-Collaborate with the studio team to refine performances and achieve the desired results.

-Bring energy clarity and authenticity to every recording session.

Project Details

Start Date:Week of February 23rd

Duration:3 weeks with the possibility of extension

Commitment:4 hours a day up to 2 days in the studio throughout a week.

Job Type:Freelance/Independent Contract

Location:New York (On-site in a recording studio)

Language: Marathi

Pay Rate: $55/hour

Requirements:

-Native or professional proficiency (C1/C2 level) in English and the target language.

-Comfortable speaking publicly and performing live in a professional studio setting.

-Strong ability to improvise a basic script with confidence and authenticity.

-Experience in public speaking or related fields such as acting teaching presenting or comedy.

-Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and engaging performances.

-Availability to attend in-person recording sessions (minimum 4 hours per session).

Referral bonus: Earn a $75 USD referral bonus when both you and your referral complete all application steps (full onboarding) and both of you complete an in-studio recording session.
