Description
This contract position is an on-site opportunity that allows you to contribute significantly to patient care in a dynamic medical practice environment.
In this role you will provide expert care in endocrinology diagnosing and treating a variety of hormonal disorders. Your work will directly impact patient health and well-being allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals seeking your expertise.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments in endocrinology
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
- Monitor and manage chronic endocrine disorders
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families about endocrine health
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Participate in case reviews and medical team meetings
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in endocrinology
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
- Experience in endocrinology preferred but not required
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Basic proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4p
No call requirement
Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
Patient Volume: 14-28 per day split between all MDs and APPs
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
