Description
This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to provide essential healthcare services in a supportive and collaborative environment with an on-site working mode that allows for direct patient interaction.
As a Locum MD in Ob/Gyn you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical care to women addressing a variety of health issues and ensuring the well-being of your patients. This position is integral to our mission of providing comprehensive medical practice services and will involve working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Ob/Gyn care to patients
- Perform routine examinations and diagnostic procedures
- Manage prenatal perinatal and postnatal care
- Conduct surgeries and assist in surgical procedures as required
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Participate in on-call duties as necessary
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of West Virginia
- Experience in Ob/Gyn preferably in a clinical setting
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Schedule: Wednesday-Friday 5p-7a
Annual Deliveries: 2700

Must be board-certified
