Job Summary
- Lead functional design and implementation activities across SAP Production Planning (PP) Quality Management (QM) and Warehouse Management / EWM
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications
- Configure SAP modules to support manufacturing quality assurance and warehouse operations
- Drive end-to-end process integration across PP QM and EWM modules
- Support system enhancements upgrades and continuous improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues while ensuring minimal business disruption
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments integrations and interfaces
- Conduct user training sessions workshops and provide post-go-live support
- 10 years of hands-on SAP functional experience
- SAP ERP Production Planning & Control (PP)
- SAP ERP Quality Management (QM)
- SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) / Warehouse Management (WM)
- Deep understanding of manufacturing planning MRP shop floor control inspection processes and warehouse operations
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations rollouts and support projects
- Strong process integration knowledge across logistics and supply chain modules
- Ability to create functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
- Translate complex manufacturing and warehouse processes into scalable SAP solutions
- Drive cross-functional discussions between production quality and warehouse teams
- Optimize planning quality inspection and warehouse execution processes
- Perform gap analysis and recommend best-practice SAP solutions
- Support testing cycles (SIT UAT) and ensure solution stability
- Mentor junior consultants and guide functional best practices
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high delivery standards
