This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a room within a high-quality early years setting. 40 hr week salary c34k depending on experience with a 1000 joining bonus and performance related bonuses monthly travel card free gymand 26 days annual leave plus Xmas break.

Essential for the Role
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 1 years experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development EYFS and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues in the nursery setting
Ideal Candidate
Passionate about early years and childrens development within a nursery setting
Strong team leader able to motivate and support staff in your room
Proactive flexible and committed to maintaining high standards
Promotes best practice and ensures a safe nurturing environment across the nursery setting
